Email Parser Displays Duplicate Row When Assigned To More Than One Rule

On the Email Parser page, the screen shows duplicate records when the parser is assigned to more than one rule.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Email Center Administrator
Navigation: Administration -> Email Parser
