Goal

Unable to check the 'Equipment Resource Class' flag on the non-labor resource list when an expenditure type has a UOM other than HOURS. The following error is received:

Equipment resource class enabled for the non-labor resources must be defined with a expenditure type that have unit of measure of 'Hours'.
