In R12.1.3: Unable to search for inactive customers in Oracle Customers Online Data Librarian (ODL). The same inactive customer can be queried in a Receivables Customers Search page.
Steps to Reproduce: Responsibility: Oracle Customers Online Data Librarian Superuser Navigation: Customers > Organizations subtab In the Customer Search page, enter the Account Number Click Go. The search returns with 'No results found'
