While defining an FSG report that shows encumbrance types, you need to use a control value in each column of the Column Set and then assign it to the Encumbrances and Encumbrance Type at run time.
In this way the FSG report will have a column for each encumbrance type: Commitment, Obligation, Other.
In order to have a total encumbrance figure you need to sum up the three columns.
Step by step instructions on how to achieve this are in <note:1062728.6> How to Setup an FSG Report That Shows all Encumbrance Types ?
You need the ability to run an FSG for ALL encumbrance types without entering a control value in each column of the Column set.
Is there a way to have all encumbrance types in a single column?
