Order Management - Ship/Fulfill (CSISOSHP) Transaction Failed with "ORA-01403: no data found" (Doc ID 1920708.1)

Symptoms

A shipment (CSISOSHP) transaction has the following error in the Transaction Error Processing form:

ERROR

 "ORA-01403: no data found"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue happened after the following steps:

1. Order was created/and fulfilled in Order Management
2. Instance not updated and reviewing the IB Transaction Error Processing form reveals the error transaction
