On : 12.1.3 version, Person / Assignment Issues
When attempting to update an assignment for one employee, the following error occurs:
ERROR

You cannot enter a debit or credit amount for a parent account.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the employee.
2. Navigate to Assignment.
3. Edit Job or Position and attempt to save.
4. Observe the error.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update job and position changes for this employee.
