Error: Customer PO Is Required On A Booked Order in Depot Repair (Doc ID 1921141.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

Customer has defined a transaction type with purchase order required checkbox checked.  Customer enters RMA order header from sales order form with Customer PO number.
Queries the RMA order from Depot Repair enters a line in Logistics and submits it is observed that customer PO number becomes NULL on order header which causes below error during BOOKING.
the following error occurs.

Customer PO is required on a booked order

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define Transaction Type with purchase order required checkbox checked.
2. From sales order form enter RMA order header from sales order form with Customer PO number
3. Query the same order number from Depot Repair
4.Enter a line and submit
5 Check from sales order form the customer PO number is NULL

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue as we are unable to process end-end RMA orders
