Error "LPN Context Invalid For Transaction" in WMS Packing Workbench (WMSPACWB)

When attempting to perform LPN Split transactions through the Packing Workbench form (WMSPACWB), either of the following errors occurs.
The same transaction works fine in the mobile.
The problem occurs with some deliveries / some items / some Lpns only, but there is no common pattern. Per users' perception the issue seems like random.
"LPN context invalid for transaction."
The issue can be replicated per the following steps:
1. Go to the Packing Workbench
Select the packing station
Source = Outbound
Check LPN Split
2. In LPN Split window:
Generate the Into LPN
Scan the From LPN
Getting the error
Due to this issue, users have to perform the packing operations through the mobile instead which may delay the shipping process.
