Unable to Save Note When Navigating from UWQ Delinquent Transactions if Business Level is Customer: APP-IEX-240778 (Doc ID 1921318.1)

You are attempting to save note, when navigating from UWQ Delinquent Transactions, and receive the following error, if the Business Level is Customer.

APP-IEX-240778: Please select value for current View By Delinquency.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Business Level = CUSTOMER
2) UWQ - Delinquent Transactions Node: Double-Click on Transaction
3) Collections Workbench opens
4) Click on Notes Tab:
==> Date fields View from and to are blank.
5) Enter note and save.
Following error occurs:
APP-IEX-240778: Please select value for current View By Delinquency

A workaround to refresh the Collections Workbench:
Put the cursor in the View by Delinquency field, in the Collections workbench header, and hit enter. 
The dates View From/To are populated and the note can be saved.
