Access to the Requested URI has Been Blocked by the URL Firewall When Resetting Password Via DMZ With SSO Enabled (Doc ID 1921518.1)

When attempting to reset the password of an external iRecruitment user on a DMZ server with Single Sign-on (SSO) enabled, the following error occurs.

Access to the requested URI has been blocked by the URL Firewall.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the external iRecruitment site.
2. Click on 'Login here' link.
3. Log on as the external user.
4. Go to My Account.
5. Go to the Login Information tab.
6. Click on the 'Change Password' link.
