Payroll Transactions appear in Cash Management without Transaction Number "Number" column empty

Symptoms
Cash Management - Cannot reconcile EFT payments as "Number" Column NULL in "Available Transactions"
The Transaction_Number and Transaction_Date is not found in Cash Management Bank Reconciliation for Payroll issues as EFT Payments.
On the "Available Transactions" form, the "Number" column is blank related to the Payroll transactions for EFT payments.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Set up Cash Management and Payroll integration (including steps below)
2. All is working fine up to this point
3. Run Magnetic transfer (EFT Payment)
4. Go to Cash Management
5. Cannot see numbers in CM against the EFT Payments
