"No Output Available To Display" When Trying To View P11D Expenses And Benefits Report (Doc ID 1921795.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, UK Payroll

When trying to view the P11D Expenses and Benefits Report from the Employee Self Service it gives the error "

No Output Available to Display

This is happening for all the years in the list. But this same can be viewed in R12.0.6.
The P11 D Summary Report is viewable in R12.1.3 and not the P11D Expenses and Benefits Report .



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Login in to Employee Self Service
2. View P11 D
3. Only Tick "P11D Expenses and Benefits"
4 Warning message "No Output Available to Display"



Changes

 Upgraded the instance from R12.0.6 to R12.1.3
