Norway - The same run balances are constantly becomming invalid

Run balances are constantly becoming invalid, possible due to patching.

Balances were invalid July 8 and it was corrected by running the "Generate Run Balances" process.

However, the same balances were invalid again on July 22.

Why is this happening this frequently and to the same balances?

This is confined to "Holiday" related balances
