Issue is with automatic reservations in combination with automatic move order creation (both process execution parameters). With automatic high level or detailed reservation at batch creation in combination with automatic move order creation at batch creation, the reservation is not included in the move order. If you transact the move order in that case, you will get double lines on your batch, it doesn't seem logical. The result is that the reservation is twice as high as intended while just using the standard Oracle settings and not doing any manual reservations.
As per this Auto detail functionality, when creating the batch detail, reservations are happening with available inventory, at the same time Move orders are also generating as per setup without sub-inventory and lot details, it should be good to transfer the Auto Details to Mover order
Steps to reproduce
1.Auto Detail Batch , option Create Only at the Process Execution Parameters
2. Also Enable Create Move Orders
3. Set the Item supply sub-inventory blank for items C100001 and C100002 in the Organization items form
4. Set the Supply Sub-Inventory as CHEM-RM and Locator as CHEM-RM.1.1 in Process Execution Parameters
PS: On-Hand available in GEN-RM sub-inventory.
1.Navigate the batch details window
3.Select the Recipe FG00002 v11
4.Click OK, note the Batch number 2486
5.Now both the ingredients C100001, and C100002 got reserved with the following details.
C100001 Rev 0- Lot 789, Sub-inventory GEN-RM, locator GEN-RM.1.
C100002 Rev 1- Lot C17, Sub-inventory GEN-RM, locator GEN-RM.1.
6.Click on Mover Order , Note the no 6001884
7.Now try to try to transact Move Order using Transact Mover Orders (Inventory Super User >Move Orders > Transact Move Orders.
8.Open the Transact Move Order Window
9.Enter the batch number in 2486
10.Click on Find
11.You will find two material lines C100001 and C100002
12.Select the line C100001
13.Click on View / Update allocations
14.You will not find Rev, Sub-Inventory, Locator and Lot, which are available in Batch as per the Auto detail Reservation.
15. Likewise for item C100002 no details are available as per reversion.
So it is good to transfer the reservation details as per the batch to Move Order.
