Unable To Edit Notes In Case After Upgrade To Release 12.1.3 (Doc ID 1921960.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to click the Public link in the Update SR page using the responsibility Customer Support Specialist, the link doesn't direct the agent to the page/section where they can update the note.

Steps

(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Home > Agent Dashboard
Query SR
Click on the Public link under History

The Update Note should be displayed where the agents can update the Note
