Symptoms

Applying patches to the 10.1.2 Oracle Home on a R12.1.3 system.

Forms <Patch: 6995251> is installed as recommended in section 2 of <Note: 437878.1> 

Also upgrading to Java 7 on the server per <Note: 1467892.1>. The note recommends installing <Patch: 17653437> in step 3.6.  

When applying the patch, opatch reports a conflict between <Patch: 6995251> and <Patch: 17653437>

Is there a merged patch or should I rollback 6995251?
