855 (POAO) Not Generating - ACK Table Not Populating on Order Booking - Business Event.

Business required for patch under <Bug 16998134> - TO PROVIDE MULTIPLE EVENTS DURING ORDER LIFE CYCLE to be applied to customer's environment with new profile option OM: Raise Status Change Business Event set to Yes.
The problem is that all of the sudden 855/POAOs are no longer being generated.
Once they set this profile to No the 855/POAOs do get generated.
Expect that this patch would not have impacted the generating of 855/POAO.
1. Order Management Responsibility -> EDI Sales Order -> Book/Schedule sales order -> ACKs tables are not populated.
