OZF - Mass Update Button Not Working In Trade Management Claims Screen

The Mass Update button is not working in Trade Management Claims Screen
Whenever users search claims, select multiple claims and click on Mass Update button , the mass update page does not open instead it takes the users back to the original page.
No error or error message is encountered.
Expect that when the Mass Update Button is selected the Mass Update page opens so that amendments can be made on mass
1. Navigate to Oracle Trade Management User-> Claims
2. Search for All Claims, and select multiple claims
3. Click on Mass Update Button
4. Mass Update Page does not open
