iStore - Unable To Setup Contract Terms (Terms And Conditions) (Doc ID 1922262.1)

Requirement is to implement Terms and conditions in iStore


Question 1

In order to implement as per implementation guide Quoting parameter is to be set for contract templates.

When attempting to create contract template from Contract terms library responsibility in create contract template section., it is defaulting for US_OU.

Have a custom responsibility setup for BE_OU called EUR CONTACT SUPER USER which has MO profile for BE_OU.

When using the above responsibility for creating contract template the Operating Unit LOV is NULL.

How can the LOV be populated with the correct OU for BE_OU ?


Question 2

Even after creating Contracts template and setting it at quoting parameters ,still could not find the terms and conditions  in IStore User Interface

Completed the below setups as per implementation guide:

Set OKC: Enable Sales Contracts to Yes.
• Set OKC: HTML Layout Template to Contract Terms Layout Template for iStore.
• Set IBE: Enforce Terms and Conditions Review by User to Yes.
• Set IBE: Use Sales Assistance Feature to Yes.

Also have set the quoting parameter for Contract template.

Is there any missing setup ?

Where is the information on how to implement Notes ?.


Question 4

Is setting up a Contract Expert-enabled contract and set it as the default contract for Oracle iStore T&Cs optional ?


Question 5

Once a User has not accepted the terms and conditions and a quote raised , what is the next process , who will be notified that quote is placed ?
