When attempting to use the Future Use Input Value for and element, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"APP-PAY-07431: You may not update the input value name or sequence
There are Paylink Batch Lines which rely on the ordering of the element's input values. You may not update the name or sequence of any input value for this element until all batch line which use it are purged."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an earnings element
2. Add as an input value for it the Future Use
3. Get error
