"You have encountered an unexpected error" Displays While Generating Print Preview In Sales Contracts Workbench After Applying Patch 16709053:R12.OKC.B (Doc ID 1922516.1)

Symptoms

In Contract Workbench, Find that after applying patch 16709053:R12.OKC.B, when attempting to preview a contract template for a Sales Contract, the following error occurs.

Error:
"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance."

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Contract Terms Library
1/ create a contract template without setting up the Layout Template
(R) Contract Workbench Administrator
2/ create a Sales contract type with terms attached and Layout Template attached
3/ create a sell contract and attach this contract template => the error occur

The same scenario worked fine before the patch.

Due to this issue, users cannot preview the template
