OEOL Workflow Ending with Lines in Error During Function OE_INVOICE_WF.INVOICE_INTERFACE (Doc ID 1922561.1)

Goal

 Many OE Lines are becoming 'stuck' in Error status in the OEOL Workflow when they encounter the Function "OE_INVOICE_WF.INVOICE_INTERFACE"  

You have many Sales Orders Lines which are stuck in 'Fulfilled' status.  The Line workflow is in error for the Invoice Interface activity.  The error is :

Exception Error -20001 ORA-20001: OE_Invoice_WF.Invoice_Interface(OEOL,284915, 299598, RUN)
Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_INVOICE_WF.INVOICE_INTERFACE, OEOL, 284915, 299598, RUN)
