Unable To Add Values In The Look Up RRS_SITE_STATUS (Doc ID 1922576.1)

Symptoms

Have a standard look-up named 'RRS_SITE_STATUS' within the Site Management module. In this case the business requirement was to add status 'Pending' in addition to Active and Inactive.

But you find that the system does not allow you to add values.

Navigation:   Site Management Administrator --> Lookups
