Field Of Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) Is Not Filed After Entering Value In IProcurement. LOV Value Is Not Populated In The DFF Segment In Framework Page.

On : 12.1.3 version,

Actual Behavior:
Value for segment XXX in descriptive flex-field "Requisition Line" is properly filled when information is entered from Purchasing. When the requisition is created in iProcurement, for non catalog and an expense item. If Requisition has more than one line, when getting to the segment XXX, and selecting the value from the LOV, the field is not filled.

Expected Behavior:
Value for segment XXX should be filled when selected from LOV

Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter IProcurement Home Screen
2. Select Non Catalog Request and enter more than one item lines. Item should be an expense purchase
3. Get into the Descriptive Flexfield enter purchase Type and XXX
4. Select XXX from List of Values
5. Field is not filled
