New Hired Employee IDW Is Not Being Rounded Up Even Though On The Social Security Archiver Is Rounded (Doc ID 1922599.1)

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, Payroll - General

When a employee is hired his IDW is not being rounded up even though on the SS archiver is rounded. The Social Security Affiliation Report and the SUA Interface are different in rounding by .01

The Social Security Affiliation Report and the SUA Interface to match exactly what is being archived

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Mexico HRMS Manager > View > Payroll Process Results > Query Affiliation report and SUA interface extract > Output> File Affiliation report 11 (transaction file) and SUA file  (Worker transaction file)

2. SS Archiver Parameter:
- Legal Employer: XXXX
- Include Variable Salary Changes: Yes
- Bimonthly Period End Date:

Social Security Affiliation Report Parameters:
-Legal Employer: XXXX

SUA interface extract Parameters:
-Legal Employer: XXXX

3. See the Social Security archiver is being rounded up

4. See the Social Security Affiliation Report and the SUA Interface are not being rounded the same

5. They are actually reporting .01 lower

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process these legislative reports correctly
