Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Receiving Functions

When attempting to receive the Return Sales Order # xxxxxxxxx, the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-PO-15566: Quantity entered 3 is greater than Quantity available 0 for this Lot X001 in the RMA

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Purchasing Responsibility > Receiving > Receipts Form
2. Query the problematic RMA #
3. On entering the Lot and Lot Quantity, the above mentioned error message is displayed.
