After Applying ATG Patch 18964693, Configurator Runtime Does Not Launch

After Completing a Configuration , once users press Finish Button it takes hours to return to Sales Order form.


1. In Order Management responsibility, goto Orders/Returns > Sales Order
2. Enter a new sales order for Business World
3. On the Line, enter 'CN10000', which is a published model
4. Enter quantity and UOM
5. Click on the Configurator button
     ( Note:  Configurator Runtime opens in a separate browser.)
7. Make selections and click on Finish button
8. Back on Order Management, the processing message just hangs
