On :  12.2.3 version, Core HR - General

Shared HR


After an upgrade from R11i to R12.2.3
When attempting to navigate to the assignment, the following error occurs:
 

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration.
Please look into the web-server log file for details.

 
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Global HRMS Manager
2. Click Enter and Maintain:Find Employee
3. Click Assignment Button
4. make any change and save
