Bi-Weekly Records Picked Up In Monthly Payroll Run After A Payroll Is Changed (Doc ID 1922985.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Core Payroll - General

Ran their monthly payroll and noticed that some employee's that are on biweekly payroll are also being picked up in this monthly payroll run. The biweekly payroll employee's have been changed to the monthly payroll after the monthly pay period end date but before the monthly check date

Only employee's that are currently active in the monthly pay period should be picked up in the monthly payroll

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ran the monthly payroll
2. Noticed that a hand full of bi-weekly employees are picked up in this monthly payroll process.
3. They do move bi-weekly to monthly on the 20th of AUGUST 2014.
4. But the start and earn date for the monthly are from 10-JUL-2014 to 09-AUG-2014 and the pay date is 25-AUG-2014.
5. From 10-JUL-2014 to 09-AUG-2014, these people are bi-weekly employees.
6. There is no Time Entry Wages during the period.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process the monthly payroll without manually removing the biweekly payroll employee's that the process picked up in error
