On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

You are attempting to rename an existing customer, , for example: ABC CORP to ABC CORPO, upon saving the following error appears:

-----------------------
This tax registration number is already in use for party type: Third Party and party name: XXXX for the same period

If you attempt to change the Tax Registration Number to make it unique, another error is raised:

This Taxpayer ID is used by another business entity.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
1. Create Customer A
Enter the Default Reporting Registration Number X
2. Create Customer B
Go To: Profile tab and enter the same Tax Registration Number X
Save without a problem
3. Query on Customer A or B and attempt to make a change.
4. Attempt to Save and Error will occur.
