When employee makes elections under various life events such as Birth of Child, Open, Marriage, etc their enrollment dates of election change to start on the date they make the elections. In other words. Open is from 13-May to 2-Jun, participants make elections on 19-May and add a contact. The Open life event is voided and restarted, but the Enrollment Availability Period dates are now 19-May through 8-Jun. This also happens with Birth of Child in which they get 60 days to make elections. This causes Enrollment Availability period dates to get pushed out and may allow them up to 120 days instead of 60 days.
