Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Agent Console

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

All emails are remaining in the Inbox Folder on the Account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Emails move to the Oracle Processed Folder on the Account, and are visible in Email Center Agent/Supervisor consoles.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send email to an Email Center enabled Account.
2. Email is not processed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work on any emails as they are not processed from the Email Server Inbox Folder of the Account into Email Center.
