Purpose

 Support for Supplier Warranties in Depot Repair has been added in 12.1.1. This document shows the steps to create a supplier warranty (from CMRO), how to link it to a depot repair order and how to personalize the supplier warranty claims page for Depot Repair,

Scope

This note gives practical, handson steps. It includes screenshots to clarify the steps as much as possible. The steps and screenshots are based on a Vision Demo Database and have not been generalized so it can be kept as clear as possible. It implies that e.g. some of the responsibilities mentioned in this note will not be available on the target environment - but it outlines the general idea.
