Unable To Settle Claim With AP Settlement If Customer Ref Number Is Greater Than 30 Chars (Doc ID 1924182.1)

When attempting to settle claim with AP settlement, the following error occurs if Customer Reference Number is greater than 30 chars.


ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package OZF_AP_INTERFACE_PVT Procedure Create_ap_invoice


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a claim
2. Enter customer reference number more than 30 characters
3. save.
4. Go to lines and select any AP related settlement method
5. save.
6. Check if error is thrown during settlement.
