Symptoms

After an upgrade to 12.1.3, you are attempting to update a Transaction distributions and receive the following error:

The accounting upgrade of this document is not complete


According to <Note 1420026.1>, you should be able to update a transaction distributions.
It is standard functionality to make changes to the distributions for the Code Combination ID for a Posted Transactions.
