Symptoms
When running Order Release action "Order Management -> Manage Buy Order Movement -> Show Itineraries", the confirmation page displays the "Source" and "Destination" as empty instead of populating the actual values. Drilling down into the Order Movement shows that the Source and Destination are there. The problem is only on the action results screen.
