Downloading Emails into Email Center reports IMAP Errors and the Email remains in the Inbox Folder of the Email Server Account but Emails are also available to Agents in Email Center. (Doc ID 1924493.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Administration


Emails from the past are listed in the Inbox Folder of the Email Account.

All Emails are available and visible in Email Center and can also be located in the Oracle Processed Folder on the Email Server Account.


When all emails are downloaded the emails are moved to the Oracle Processed Folder and removed from the Inbox Folder.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open Outlook and review the Inbox folder on the Account.
    Emails from the past remain in the Account.

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users are concerned emails have not been processed into email center.
