Service Request Form: Relationship Plan Pop Up Window Disappears After 1 Second When SR is Opened From Universal Work Queue

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

When opening a service request from the Universal Work Queuem(UWQ), the Relationship Plan popup appears for only a very short time (1 second) and then disappears.

This happens only when the SR is opened from the UWQ form, when opening the SR directly on the service request form it does not occur.
