ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When opening a service request from the Universal Work Queue (UWQ), the Relationship Plan popup appears for only a very short time (1 second) and then disappears.

This happens only when the SR is opened from the UWQ form, when opening the SR directly on the service request form it does not occur.
