Symptoms

On Oracle Applications 12.2.4 version, which is deployed on Weblogic Server, have the language as amulti-word entry.

Example: LATIN AMERICAN SPANISH

The users upon login get:

The system has encountered an error when servicing the request

"The system has encountered an error when servicing the request. If the error persists, please contact the system administrator"

Every services started with status 0 but we find this error in oacore_server1.out:

Setting WLS POOL.....
WLS Pool Configured through JNDI...
