On : 12.2.3 version, Core HR - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Applicant record isn't seen in core HR if the applicant selects unknown or unspecified as sex when applying in self service.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the applicant record in core HR.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
People > Enter and Maintain > query applicant > no record found.
