Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Create Service Request form, after changing the SR status from "Closed" to any other status configured as open (for example: Open, Working, etc.) and without saving, change the status back to "Closed" and save, the "Closed On" field remains empty.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "Closed On" field should have a value when the SR is closed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Find an SR that is closed status.
2) Change the status to Open and tab out of the field but do not save. The Closed Date will blank out.
3) Change the status back to Closed and Save the record. The SR saves without a closed date.
