Symptoms

When attempting to reject an applicant using Screen Reader Optimized Accessibility option, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Optimize Screen Reader Accessibility.
2. Responsibility: iRecruitment Manager or iRecruitment Recruiter.
3. Navigation: iRecruitment Home - Vacancies tab.
4. Search for vacancy.
5. Select vacancy.
6. Press View Applicants button.
7. Select applicants.
8. Press Update Status button.
9. Update applicants to Unsuccessful - not suitable for Vacancy.
10. Press Save button.
11. Get error message.


WHAT IS WORKING

If the Screen Reader Optimized Accessibility option is switched off, no error occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users using Screen Reader Optimized Accessibility functionality are not able to update the application status for applicants.
