Can we enter multiple waybill numbers for a delivery in Shipping? Can this be transmitted to OTM? (Doc ID 1925015.1)

We may have multiple waybill numbers for a single delivery created in EBS. These values are entered in a comma-delimited format, and the shipment is sent to OTM. OTM creates creates the actual shipment and includes the comma-separated waybill numbers in a single field on the shipment.

The issue is that when the freight carrier return data for each shipment, they will send multiple records, one record for each waybill number. Customer then must match the waybill numbers received from the freight carrier to the waybill numbers on the shipment. This has become very time-consuming and error-prone.

Customer wants to know if there are additional fields in Shipping Execution which can be used to send multiple waybill numbers. Customer needs to know that these additional fields can be sent to OTM using the standard Shipping Transportation Outbound interface.
