Comments Are Missing When A Dispute Request Is Cancelled From iReceivables (Doc ID 1925020.1)

Cancelling a dispute request, cannot find where comments are stored.

When entering comments for the cancelled dispute request, cannot find where these comments are being stored.

Expect that there would be a new column or somewhere the comments would be stored.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a dispute in iReceivables
2. Turn around and press the Cancel

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot track the comments for any dispute requests cancelled.
