PERWSQHM > Legislative LOVs Do Not Display All Lookup Values (Doc ID 1925152.1)

Symptoms

The People Management / Template Forms (PERWSQHM) are we are not displaying
all the values in the LOV for field
"Tax Area".

From the Lookup Type CN_TAX_AREA
It appears to be limiting to only those records where the lookup code is up
to 2 characters in length
ie ... codes with 3 or more characters appear to be excluded

The "Enter & Maintain" form (PERWSHRG) does not appear to have this problem

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
===========
Expecting all records from the lookup type CN_TAX_AREA to be displayed in the
LOV on the Template forms

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
===========
(1) PERWSHRG - Good
> China HRMS Manager > People > Enter & Maintain
> Query Person > [Assignment]
> Tab: Statutory Information
> Field = Social Insurance/PHF Contribution Area
> Search for values in LOV

Results: 8 values are returned


(2) PERWSQHM - Bad
> China HRMS Manager > Maintain Using Templates > Entering Employees
> Tab: Further Details
> Field = Social Insurance/PHF Contribution Area
> Search for values in LOV

Results: 6 values are returned

The lookup codes with 3 characters or more are NOT displayed
- QHD - Qinhuangdao
- SZH - Suzhou
