R12.2: 'Maintain Snapshot' Option Fails With "Incorrect number of arguments" Error (Doc ID 1925217.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run 'Maintain Snapshot' using adadmin in EBS 12.2.x version, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Reading: Product = "[prod_short_name]", Directory = "sql"

Incorrect number of arguments at line [n1] of temporary output file:
[APPL_TOP]/admin/[sid]/out/ptscan.txt
Expected 2 arguments, found [n2]

AD Administration error:

Unable to get files for "patch" subdirectory

adusnapMaintainSnapshot() : Error calling adusnapUpdateCurrentView2()

 Recording Adadmin action :ADADMIN_UPDATE_CURRENT_VIEW
 Tokens:UPDATE_CURR_VW=1
Error calling adusnapPartialCurVw()
Error calling adusnapMaintainSnapshot

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to AD/TXK delta 5.
2. Run 'Maintain Snapshot' using adadmin.
