OTL Absence Elements Not Displayed On Payroll Timecard (Doc ID 1925469.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Timekeeper Entry


OTL Absence integration set up was completed according to Doc ID 1122794.1

but still entered HR Absences are not populated when creating Payroll Timecard.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Absence Integration = Yes
2. Go to HRMS Manager responsibility  and create HR Absence
3. Go to OTL Self Service Time or Timekeeper responsibility and create Payroll Timecard for same period.

4. Already existing Absence time is not populated in Timecard.
