Compensation History Report does not Convert Employee’s Salary From Local to Corporate Currency (Doc ID 1925509.1)

On 12.1 HRMS RUP4 version in Compensation Workbench,


Compensation History Report does not convert employee’s salary from Local to Corporate currency and vice a versa.

Expect the Compensation History Report to convert employee’s salary from Local to Corporate currency.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Compensation Workbench Administrator responsibility, switch to a manager and click on the Employee Compensation History report
2. View Report in Employee’s Local Currency. The salary of the employee shows as 9106 AUD.
3. View Report in Corporate Currency (USD):

Result: The Salary did not convert to USD. The salary displays as 9106 USD.
