Web ADI errors with:

The error message "You do not have access to the upload process.  Contact your system administrator to grant access to the responsibility you are using"

OR

The asset upload via the Additions Integrator does not work if the DFF column is included in the layout.  The BNE log may include:

BneAsyncUploadThread.run() java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: oracle.apps.bne.integrator.upload.BneUploadColumn.getColumnValueAlt()Ljava/lang/String;
at oracle.apps.bne.integrator.upload.BneDFFColumnMapper.mapColumns(BneDFFColumnMapper.java:487)
