We have a maternity case where a backdated pay rise has been processed.
Following oracle advice we did the following :
1 - Date tracked to the start of the maternity payments
2 - Updated the applied the Average Weekly Earnings (AWE) manually to the new amount.
The corrections have not been generated in the current pay period, they were actually generated in the period in which the change was made.
How do we pay the corrections without using Retropay?
How do we pay the employee the difference in the calculations in the CURRENT pay period?
